Anne is an archaeologist who combines her work with her passion for food through her research into ancient food technology and production. She has also just recently achieved her dream of having a wood fired oven built. Anne has spent time living and working in and around the Mediterranean region and it was the traditional practices of cooking with fire so central to everyday life in that part of the world that inspired her to start her own journey cooking with fire.
