David and Holly Jones from the Manna from Devon Cooking school in the United Kingdom specialise in teaching wood fired oven cooking techniques to folks from all around the world.
They run fabulous cooking classes which inspire and educate while building skills and confidence. The small number of students attending their cooking courses (typically a maximum of 6-8 people) means they can create a relaxed environment and allow everyone maximum hands on time.
They also have a great range of online cooking courses and are authors of three wonderful wood fired oven cook books.
